Where are you based? We're based in Auckland, New Zealand.
Are your pieces authentic? Yes, every piece is carefully sourced from Japan, with strict authenticity laws. We only stock what we'd wear ourselves <3
What condition are the pieces in? All items are pre-loved and pass our integrity testing. Please view and read the photos/description of each listing carefully before purchasing, if you have any questions send us a message!
Do you accept returns? Due to the nature of our vintage pieces, all sales are final. If something arrives not as pictured or described, please contact us within 24 hours. Every pair is closely inspected. We check for quality and integrity so you can shop with confidence. Please understand that all pieces are in pre-loved condition and have minor imperfections.
How long does shipping take?
New Zealand: 2–7 business days tracked.
Australia: 2–14 business days tracked.
USA/Europe international: 7–20 business days tracked.
What if my order is delayed? Occasionally, forces beyond our control like weather, global events, and logistical disruptions may slow things down. We'll keep you updated every step of the way. We also run archiveheels as a passion hobby, please allow 2-4 working days for your order to be packed.
Will I be charged customs or import fees? Import duties or VAT may apply for international orders upon arrival in your country. These fees are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. When in doubt, check with your local customs office before ordering 🎀
How do I find my size? Sizing varies by brand and era. We include the marked size and measurements where possible, so always check the product description for details. We do our best to source a range of sizes. Due to the nature of vintage sourcing, it can be difficult to source the same pair twice. If you love a particular pair and it's your size, we recommend grabbing them asap 🎀
